Sales

With more than 200 years of collective experience in the furniture and industrial markets, Raffel Systems has sales professionals located strategically throughout the world. Our sales professionals share their knowledge of manufacturing and consumer markets to find the best solutions for our customers.

Engineering

Our engineers have diverse backgrounds in mechanical, software, design and electrical engineering. They bring their creativity, scientific knowledge and wealth of experience to drive technological innovation and advancements for individual products in many different markets. Raffel’s engineers collaborate across disciplines, allowing the same technology to be used in multiple applications, both in the industrial and furniture markets.

Operations

Our operations teams serve as liaisons between sales, engineering and our manufacturing partners, ensuring the final product is exactly as it was promised. Global coordination between our manufacturing group, quality control, purchasing, customer service and warehouse logistics is crucial to bringing Raffel’s innovations to life.

Customer Service

Raffel holds its global customer service team to relentlessly high standards. The team offers both technical and customer service support throughout the entire life cycle of each product.
